Lady slipper orchid ( Cypripedioideae)

Rare Lady’s Slipper orchids discovered in Switzerland.

These amazing yellow Lady’s Slipper orchids (Cypripedium calceolus) have been discovered at a secret spot in the Eastern part of Switzerland in the Toggenburg area, county St. Gallen.

This orchid is a is very rare terrestrial temperate plant, which is under strict protection worldwide.
